BaBeeCard Prepaid MasterCard®
and Bluestone Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over who have entered the competition. You may enter the competition by entering your name, address and email address at www.babeecard.com and answering a simple question.

2. This prize draw opens at 00.01 15th December and closes at 23.59 15th January 2010.

3. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of BaBeeCard, M2 Europe Ltd, Bluestone Leisure Ltd or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members, or via third parties or bulk applications.

4. Only one entrant per person.

5. The prize is a 2 year BaBeeCard preloaded with £100 and a Midweek break at Bluestone Lodges, Pembrokeshire. This is a four night midweek break - Monday to Friday in Ramsey lodge which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to 4 people, with unlimited access to the Blue Lagoon water park and the state of the art gym during the Midweek break. There will be only one winner.

6. The Bluestone midweek break must be redeemed by the winner by 30th April 2010.

7. The winner may not book the Bluestone didweek for the week commencing 15th February 2010 or 5th - 16th April 2010 .

8. The actual booking date is subject to availability and if your first choice date is fully booked we will offer an alternative

9. There is no cash alternative for either prize and the prizes are not transferable. If we are unable to verify the Winner’s ID, we may issue vouchers up to the value of £100 instead of the BaBee Prepaid Card.

10. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received, by 11th January 2010.

11. The independent judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner will be sent an email or a letter notifying them that they have been successful.

13. The winner will need to provide their name, date of birth and address to enable us to verify their name and home address.

14. Details of the winner will be published on www.babeecard.com.

15. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw, but the winner may withdraw from this requirement at any time.

16. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in these terms and conditions.

18. This prize draw is organised by BaBeeCard. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England.

19. BaBeeCard reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

20. The BaBeeCard is issued by Newcastle Building Society, pursuant to licence from MasterCard International Incorporated. Newcastle Building Society is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is entered in the Financial Services Authority Register under Registration No. 156058.

21. Newcastle Building Society, MasterCard International Incorporated and M2 Europe Ltd are not in anyway associated with this prize draw and cannot be held accountable for any consequences of the draw.

22. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to receive emails from BaBeeCard and Bluestone Leisure Ltd. There will be an option to unsubscribe from further mailings within all emails.
