Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw:

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over who have entered the competition. You may enter the competition by entering your name, address and email address at www.babeecard.com/winababeecardaday

2. This prize draw opens at 00.01 14th April 2010 and closes at 23.59 15th May 2010.

3. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of BaBee Card Services Ltd, Blueberry Card Services Ltd, M2 Europe Ltd or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members, or via third parties or bulk applications.

4. Only one entrant per person.

5. The prize is a 2 year BaBeeCard worth £9.95 (This covers purchase price only, usage fees not included in prize). There will be one winner every day during the duration of the competition.

6. The account closure fee of £10 will be waived.

7. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable. If we are unable to verify the winner’s identity, we will be unable to issue a Card, and a High Street voucher to the value of £10 will be issued instead.

8. The winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received, by 15th May 2010.

9. The independent judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winner will be sent an email or a letter notifying them that they have been successful.

11. The winner will need to provide their name, date of birth and address to enable us to verify their name and home address.

12. Details of the winner will be published on www.babeecard.com

13. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw, but the winner may withdraw from this requirement at any time.

14. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in these terms and conditions.

16. This prize draw is organised by BaBeeCard. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England.

17. BaBeeCard reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

18. The BaBeeCard is issued by Newcastle Building Society, pursuant to licence from MasterCard International Incorporated. Newcastle Building Society is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is entered in the Financial Services Authority Register under Registration No. 156058.

19. Newcastle Building Society, MasterCard International Incorporated and M2 Europe Ltd are not in anyway associated with this prize draw and cannot be held accountable for any consequences of the draw.
